High quality SUS304 (SUS meaning Steel Use Stainless). It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. Some of its characteristics include; excellent forming and welding properties, corrosion/ oxidation resistance, deep drawing quality and ease of cleaning.
We have a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty which applies to; Brewhouse stainless steel products; Tank products; Jacket welding issues. Other components not manufactured by NDL Craft will be covered as an extension of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) warranty. Normally for electrical component /steel components, the warranty period is one year. For gasket, plastic parts, the warranty period is for 6 months.
NDL Craft was founded in 2011 in Jinan, China and considered as one of the most established equipment manufacturers in the country. NDL Craft has production facility near Jinan which more than triples the size of our previous factory and comprises over 338,000 SQF (31,400 SQM).
Aside from offering our standard fermentation and brite tanks, NDL Craft manufacturers custom fabricated and designed brewhouses and tanks for a wide array of industries. We can custom fabricate to your design or provide a solution for your specific needs, no matter how small the detail.
We accept many forms of payment options from Wire Transfer (TT), Western Union, Letters of Credit (L/C), Trade Assurance or if you are based in the United States, we will accept personal or business checks. Normally we accept a 50% down payment after signed drawings with the balance due prior to shipping.
Based on the complexity of the order, we can typically complete manufacturing between 60 and 100 working days.
The uses for our stainless-steel tanks are close to limitless. There are so many applications found in almost every industry in some form or another. We can custom fabricate to your design or provide a solution for storage tanks, process tanks, hot and cold liquor tanks to name a few. We ship our tanks world-wide to support many uses within such industries as; Wine, Cold-brew coffee, Cider, Olive oil, Dairy and Chemicals.
NDL Craft operates 3 subsidiaries abroad, located in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada as well as localized technology, sales and operation teams in Europe and the United States. In China, we operate a fully-staffed engineering department with CAD technicians that can produce full brewery layouts fit to your space, PID drawings, electrical schematics, piping and individual equipment drawings.
When it comes time for installation, NDL Craft will send a technician to your site to assist in your brewery set-up for a fee based on the duration needed for your project size and complexity.
NDL Craft offers a one-stop solution including shipping and delivery service to your location covering documentation, ocean freight, customs brokerage, inland freight and LTL trucking services. Provide us with a destination and we’ll handle rest.
Our new factory supports 5G technical WiFi so you can “see” your equipment in person during production through a webcam. Welcome to visit us to tour our operation and see your equipment in person. We’ll be glad to assist with your itinerary while in China. In addition, you have the ability to hire a 3rd. party inspection company to review your system and provide feedback prior to shipping.
