System design: Optimized design for 10BBL 12P, gravity range 10-14P, grist range 185-263KG, mash volume range 754-1073L.
BH configurations: Mash/Lauter Tun, Kettle/Whirlpool
Control panel: PID panel for M/LT, K/WP, HLT and CLT temperature control. 3 of IP65 watertight VFDs installed aside for the control 2 of wort pumps and M/LT gear drive.
Heating method: steam @ 1Bar for vessel jackets
Power input: 220V 3Ph 50Hz

M/LT main configurations:
Effective volume (underneath the head): 15.23BBL
Vessel dimensions: ID49.5”, OD55.8”, straight side 56.3”
Main features: 4” grist hydrator, raking system with gear drive, removable milled false bottom, under flush for false bottom, side steam jacket added for mashing flexibility, side spent-grain out.

K/WP main configurations:
Effective volume (underneath the head): 17.66BBL
Vessel dimensions: ID52”, OD58.3”, straight side 56.3”
Main features: 8” vapor condenser with water spray nozzles, tangential whirlpool inlet on side, 2 of steam jacket on side and 1 on bottom, high and low drain port.

Work platform: SS304 construction throughout, antiskid and drainage design.
Heat Exchanger: one-stage KO H/X, 30 minutes to cool the wort from 212F to 55F.

BH piping main configurations:
Wort piping: M/LT to K/WP to KO H/X;
Process liquor piping: from liquor blending station to M/LT and K/WP;
Filtered liquor piping: branched from filtered liquor supply to liquor blending station, connected to hot liquor pipe for to
Hot liquor piping: branched from hot liquor supply to liquor blending station, to M/LT under flush; to M/LT wort pipe for hot liquor push; to K/WP wort pipe for hot liquor push;
CIP piping: CIP circle piping connected with wort piping of M/LT and K/WP; CIP piping to hot liquor under flush piping for M/LT.
Condensate piping: condensate piping for M/LT and K/WP; steam strainer and steam trap included.
Liquor blending station, sampling station and wort aeration included;
2 of wort pumps for M/LT and K/WP;
Sanitary electromagnetic flowmeter after H/X to measure KO wort included.
